By using Zentara One Dice Lounge (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Apple Standard EULA

For iOS users, the App is licensed to you under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review the Apple EULA here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings on your device.

3. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made via the App Store are handled by Apple directly, per Apple policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or violate any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
